Immigration Assistant

Immigration Assistant The position is for US Immigration team handling Extension, amendment and I-9 process for expats travelling from India to the USA and within USA.

Responsibilities:

Handling emails and calls from customers( associate and attorneys ) regarding their inquiries

• Analyze the error in documentation and provide the proper guidance to associates.
• Maintaining the records of associate's details.
• Perform Data entry of the immigration related documents
• Review the documents and initiate the application with attorneys
• Prepare and update documents including emails, reports and drafts.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including opening the:

Mails, scanning and dispatching the documents.

Initiating I-9 verification for the new joiners.

Performing I-9 duties and re-verification.
