Job Description

Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Mid-level Associates, Junior Associates, and Paralegals to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various practice areas by managing legal research, document review, case management, and administrative tasks. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes while providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation across diverse practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more Assist with document review, organization, and management utilizing document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accuracy and compliance Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity Support litigation efforts through case file organization, data entry, filing, and maintaining meticulous records Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as part of case development under attorney supervision Manage legal administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar management, phone etiquette, and general clerical support to enhance office efficiency Perform research on tribal regulations, patent law issues, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), workers' compensation law, personal injury law, and other specialized areas as needed Skills Strong knowledge of legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw; experience with iManage or similar document management systems is a plus Proven experience in legal case management and document review within a law office setting Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail Ability to perform thorough proofreading and transcription tasks accurately Familiarity with project management principles to handle multiple cases efficiently Knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, tribal regulations, patent law, UCC law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law is highly desirable Proficiency with PCLaw or other legal billing software; data entry skills for maintaining organized records Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management to prioritize tasks in a busy environment Strong interpersonal skills including interviewing techniques and phone etiquette for client interactions Experience with legal research tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis; ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries Join our team if you are eager to grow your legal career by supporting impactful work across multiple practice areas.
