Full-Time A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a Business Law Associate or Senior Associate with approximately 4-8 years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm is open to candidates with a transactional background, litigation experience, or a hybrid practice , provided they have meaningful experience in at least one of these areas. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of business law matters , with flexibility to shape the position around the attorney's strengths and interests. The firm values adaptable lawyers who are comfortable navigating complex legal issues and who enjoy working closely with clients across a variety of industries. Depending on experience, the attorney may handle: Business and commercial transactions , including contract drafting and negotiation Business and commercial litigation , including pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution Matters spanning corporate governance, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, or other business-related issues Additional practice areas aligned with the attorney's background and the firm's needs Attorneys in this role are given meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to grow their practice over time. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving.
