2915740011-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Relocation to Nashville A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Healthcare Law Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its established healthcare practice in the Greater Nashville area. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated healthcare regulatory and compliance matters supporting a broad range of healthcare provider clients within a collaborative and growth-oriented practice environment. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare regulatory experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal legal teams. Responsibilities Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters Assist with analysis of healthcare laws and provider regulations Draft legal memoranda, agreements, and compliance-related documents Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis Interface directly with clients on day-to-day healthcare matters Collaborate with attorneys across a sophisticated healthcare practice Qualifications Active TN Bar admission required 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience Strong knowledge of healthcare provider regulations and compliance matters Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills Strong communication and client interaction abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Law firm experience preferred Ability/Willingness to relocate to Nashville Ability to waive into TN if not already licensed What's Offered Competitive compensation package Full core and ancillary benefits Partnership-track opportunity with credit for transferable experience Hybrid work structure with regular in-office collaboration (minimum 3 days in office) Collegial and team-oriented culture Exposure to sophisticated healthcare clients and matters Strong mentorship and long-term growth potential Work-Life balance Relocation assistance for highly qualified candidates
