Qualifications and Skills:

Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school Admission in good standing with the NC or SC State Bar. Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient Ability to multi-task Prior experience with Needles Case Management Software is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Client intake and screening
• Oversee the paralegal assigned to the case
• Handle property damage
• Review medical records and draft demands
• Negotiate claims and communicate with the clients
• Handling all aspects of litigation from filing the Complaint through the trial.
