Job Details for Term Law Clerk to a U.S. Magistrate Judge Court Name/Organization North Carolina Western District Court Overview of the Position Applications are invited for the position of Term Law Clerk to a U.S. Magistrate Judge based in the Charlotte Division of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. It is preferred that this position cover a two-year term, though it may be extended at the discretion of the successful applicant and the Judge for an additional period not to exceed a total of four years.
