This position is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of client information into program databases, maintaining client records and supporting documentation, and assisting with application processing and eligibility-related activities. The Intake Associate serves as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing information regarding available services and entitlements, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. Experience with extensive customer service interactions, including telephone contact, preferably within the field of social services.
