Areas of concentration include all facets of municipal and government law including but not limited to litigation, redevelopment law and labor law. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions and briefs to be filed in State Court and Federal Court. Appear in Court to argue motions, participate in arbitrations, mediations, conferences and trials, if necessary. Take depositions of parties, witnesses, medical experts and liability experts; Be responsible for serving discovery and filing relevant motions. Research and draft Resolutions and Ordinances. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings. Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to ongoing cases. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New Jersey bar. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary. Pay:
