Job Description
Graduation from an accredited law school and must have passed the New York State Bar Exam and be admitted, pending admission or have the ability to waive into the New York State Bar. All candidates are expected to live and work in the Capital Region of New York. Strong writing, research and oratory skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Variable hours as determined by Supervisor based on Legislative Session hours and Legislative Term. $5,000 increase upon bar admission.
