The law firm handles a variety of immigration cases, including but not limited to Cancellation of Removal, Political Asylum, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Provisional Waivers, U-Visa, VAWA, DACA, SIJ, and Employment based cases. The firm also represents clients before Immigration Court, the BIA,and all circuit courts. Job Description The position entails extensive interaction with clients, staff, and attorneys. The ideal candidate will conduct client intakes, translations, preparation of applications, and collections and submission of documents. The candidate must be able to analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
