Our Summer Associate Program provides the tools, resources, and platform you need to achieve your personal and professional goals. As a summer associate, you will work on complex, high-level transactions, disputes, and policy matters across a wide range of practice areas and industries. Throughout the program, you will receive invaluable mentorship from both partners and associates, as well as access to workshops, seminars on legal writing, pro bono opportunities, and much more. Academic and Professional Qualifications Rising 2L student at an ABA-approved law school. Demonstrated record of exceptional academic achievement, with preference given to candidates in the top 25% of their class. Work experience prior to law school is highly valued. Knowledge, Skills and Experience We seek candidates whose personal drive, legal expertise, rich experiences, and commitment to client service will enable them to become trusted advisors and valuable colleagues. Key qualities for success include adaptability, a genuine interest in our firm, discretion, and the ability to tackle challenges with thoughtfulness and creativity. The salary for summer associates in Cleveland is $8,541.66 semi-monthly. Additional Skillsets Commitment to client service. Legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication skills.
