Established law firm in Coral Gables is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to manage an active caseload in family law and related civil matters. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience Ability to independently handle hearings, evidentiary hearings, case management conferences, and trials Strong drafting skills (pleadings, motions, discovery) Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision Spanish speaker

Responsibilities:

Handle a full caseload independently Appear in court for hearings, evidentiary hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery Work with support staff to ensure cases move efficiently

Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines Professional and confident in the courtroom Strong work ethic and sense of ownership over cases Solution-oriented and proactive

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$105,000.00 - $115,000 .00 (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus tied to productivity Paid time off Retirement benefits available after one year of employment Paid office closure from December 24 through January 1 Paid federal holidays This position is best suited for an attorney who is comfortable taking responsibility for their cases and does not require extensive training or supervision.
