We are dedicated to serving individuals throughout the State of Florida with professionalism and integrity. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload focused on family law matters, providing valuable legal counsel and representation to clients. Your proactive approach and strong negotiation skills will help clients navigate complex legal processes with confidence and clarity.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, adoptions and support issues Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or other legal research tools to support case strategies Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, parenting plans and court filings with precision Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating for clients' best interests Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, hearings and trials with professionalism and confidence Maintain meticulous case records and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements Skills Strong knowledge of family law practices and procedures Excellent legal research skills utilizing Westlaw / LexisNexis / family law weekly platforms Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents Effective negotiation abilities to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Legal administrative experience including managing case files and court deadlines Proficiency in legal drafting and courtroom advocacy Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced law office environment Join us to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through dedicated family law practice!
