Responsibilities:
Advocate passionately for clients in family law matters, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected. Collaborate closely with our team to develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. Manage a balanced caseload, delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail. Represent clients in court hearings and mediations, presenting cases with confidence and clarity. Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the legal process, fostering trust and transparency in every interaction.
Qualifications:
What We Need From You Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Texas State Bar. Experience in family law, with a strong understanding of relevant legal procedures and regulations. Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs. Proven track record of advocating for clients in court, with excellent litigation and negotiation skills. Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective client interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
