McKay and Associates are seeking a law clerk for research and legal writing. Hours range from 10-20 hours per week during the law school term, and full-time work is available during the summer.

Responsibilities:

Assist in substantial legal research and writing, including drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, etc. Assist Legal Assistants and Attorneys with case management, pre-trial, and trial preparation. Compensation is hourly DOE but ranges from $20 - $30 per hour . The firm is hiring for its Utah County location but some remote and telecommuting are contemplated. The position is available to law school students, law school graduates, or those with specific training in legal research and writing
