This is not a document-review internship. The work is substantive, fast-moving, intellectually demanding, and often emotionally significant. The right candidate will receive direct mentorship and unusual exposure to litigation strategy, motion practice, client counseling, and real-world problem solving in active cases. Our practice frequently involves disability rights, education law, and advocacy for children and families navigating difficult institutional systems. Applicants with personal or professional familiarity with disability, education, advocacy, or mission-driven work are especially encouraged to apply, including parents of children with disabilities. Compensation:

$20-25/hour depending on experience Significant long-term growth potential for the right candidate Applicants must be: currently enrolled in law school, or a law school graduate The ideal candidate is: intelligent, highly organized, a strong writer, comfortable with responsibility, and genuinely interested in litigation and advocacy work. Prior legal experience is welcome but not required.
