Candidates must have:
J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia At minimum, 1 year of workers' compensation defense law experience or a passion for workers' compensation defense law Some benefits include: Competitive bonus program, referral program, LOA policy (outside of FMLA), HSA/FSA accounts, employer paid benefits, employee assistance program, health and wellness benefits. The preference for this position is that the associate hired for this position spends 3+ days in the office each week.
