Legal Intake Specialist

Our law office is growing fast, and we're searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Compensation:

$18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base

Qualifications:

Previous legal experience highly valued High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor's degree is a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Sales or customer service experience highly valued Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel About Company We are a law firm that focuses on estate planning and elder law.
