Hours:
Mon, Wed, Fri (8:00am to 2:00pm) and Tues, Thrs (11:30am to 5:30pm). Flexibility is key. No remote work. Great opportunity for candidate contemplating law school in 1-2 years. Must be dependable and punctual, have reliable transportation, your own smart phone, and a clean driving record. Must have good common sense, be energetic, courteous, proactive, a positive "can do" attitude, able to perform various tasks, both business and personal, ordering supplies, and assist legal staff with deposition/mediation/hearing readiness, all with equal attention to detail. You'll occasionally lift boxes up to 25 lbs. and handle a dolly. Organizational prowess is a must (you'll rely on Outlook Calendars and checklists as you juggle multiple tasks). Experience answering a multi-line phone is a plus with good phone etiquette, as you'll be a relief receptionist (training will be provided). Familiarity with office equipment including copiers, faxing, scanning, postage machine, etc. would be helpful. Office attire is business casual (not casual), no jeans, t-shirts with writing, or tennis shoes. Dress comfortably depending on the weather.
