Qualifications & Responsibilities:

3+ years of experience with construction law and litigation Undergraduate degree and/or prior experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus Participate in depositions, court hearings, and negotiations. Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments Active membership with the UT State Bar Motivated to grow and advance
