Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Criminal, Traffic, and Family Law Associate to join our legal team. In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload spanning criminal defense, traffic violations, and family law matters, providing expert legal counsel and vigorous representation for clients. Your proactive approach will ensure thorough case preparation, strategic negotiation, and effective courtroom advocacy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives while honing your expertise across multiple areas of law. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering justice with integrity. Responsibilities Represent clients in criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process Manage traffic violation cases by negotiating plea agreements or defending clients at hearings and trials Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support Conduct detailed legal research using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Prepare for court appearances by organizing evidence, witness testimonies, and legal arguments to advocate effectively on behalf of clients Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in criminal law, traffic law, and family law practice areas Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and resolve disputes amicably when possible Knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation procedures, patent law, and related fields is a plus Prior legal administrative experience is preferred to ensure smooth case management and client communication Join our team to advocate passionately for clients while developing your expertise across a broad spectrum of legal issues. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
