A team of experienced legal professionals collaborates across practice areas to deliver focused representation when clients' interests are at stake. Henderson Law Group also offers no-fee initial consultations for Auto/Pedestrian Accidents, Workers' Compensation, and Employment Law matters. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Olympia, WA. The candidate will support attorneys and staff through tasks such as organizing case files, managing calendars, and coordinating client communications. Daily responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, assisting with intake and follow-up for new and existing clients, and maintaining accurate records in case management systems. The role may also involve basic legal research, compiling supporting documentation, and liaising with courts, medical offices, and other third parties as needed. The candidate will contribute to a collaborative, professional environment and uphold high standards of confidentiality and client service. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including file management, scheduling, and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents, correspondence, and interacting with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with common office software and the ability to learn legal case management systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Professional demeanor, discretion, and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Prior experience in a law firm, legal office, or customer-facing professional setting is beneficial. Familiarity with employment Law is a plus. Paralegal/legal assistant training is preferred.
