S. District Court for the Western District of Washington is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of term law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Theresa L. Fricke. This is a full-time position, for an initial term that would end when Judge Fricke retires, approximately April 30, 2028. The law clerk position would then be transferred, upon Judge Fricke's retirement, to the chambers of U.S. Magistrate Judge Grady Leupold. The position is located in Tacoma, Washington; this would be an in-person position rather than remote. The start date will be between June 1, 2027 and July 15, 2027.
