We are also providing a $1,000 New Hire Bonus for all new full-time employees. For more information about the firm, please visit our website at www.kohnlaw.com Duties Handling incoming and outgoing calls with employers regarding status of wage garnishments Handling incoming and outgoing emails and other requests for information Mail handling Paper and electronic filing Routine data entry Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Critical thinker with a willingness to learn new things Self-Starter Solid work ethic and the ability to accommodate changing requests/priorities Very well-qualified candidates would have prior phone-based experience such as Call Center or Customer Service Representative roles. We will always train the right candidate, so those without prior law firm experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation An entry level Legal Office Phone Representativeearns a starting base wage of $18.00 per hour with monthly bonus possibilities. A higher base wage may be considered, depending on previous experience.
