Under the direction of the Administrative Services Associate, the Administrative Services Technician (AST) will be responsible for completing and processing a wide variety of technical and complex documents related to the work of the department, such as accounts payable, applications or requests for goods, trades, services, and construction, administration support and bank reconciliation. This AST uses variety of standard office equipment, including a computer and various spreadsheet, word processing and specialty software's. They will ensure that documents are complete, accurate and in compliance with program and departmental policies and procedures. They will prepare a variety of statistical, fiscal, narrative, and other reports, utilizing data from a variety of sources which requires compilation and summarization.

Testing and Eligible List:
