Career Opportunity Lateral Deputy Position and Recruit Deputy Position The Shelby County Sheriff's Office is seeking applicants for lateral and recruit patrol deputy position. o Applicants must meet the requirements of the Peace Officer Professional Standards Act (POPS) administered by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council o Competitive Salary. Up to $31.97 dollars per hour pending years of service.
