Jacksonville:

Training Start Date:

Training Duration:

5½ weeks (PAID) We offer a competitive progressive salary structure starting at $15.00 per hour during the initial training academy. Upon successful graduation, the rate increases to $22.00 per hour, with a further increase to $24.00 per hour after completing the 90-day probation period.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and enforce security protocols Respond to emergencies and critical incidents Build positive relationships and prevent conflicts Conduct security drills and training exercises Prepare incident reports and documentation

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or GED Training in law enforcement, military, or security fields

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in: military, law enforcement, corrections, security, or emergency response Advanced firearms proficiency and tactical training Intermediate knowledge of emergency response protocols and reporting tools Ability to work both indoors and outdoors for extended periods Proficiency in written and spoken

English Core Competencies:

Crisis management and problemsolving Effective communication and relationshipbuilding Knowledge of school and law enforcement policies

Required Licenses:

D, G, DL, and CCW licenses Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Other Requirements:

Must pass a drug screening (s. 112.0455), psychological evaluation (Chapter 490), and background check Must own a personal firearm, duty belt (Level 3 retention holster), and 5 magazines Must be at least 21 years old Must comply with onsite attendance requirements
