Certified Police Officer Job Type:
Full Time Pembroke Pines, FL Pembroke Pines Police Department Salary:
$71,885 - $109,242
Position Summary:
Performs a wide variety of law enforcement activities including the protection of life and property, the apprehension of offenders and providing community-based problem solving services.
Requirements:
1. Associates Degree or equivalent (60 credit hours) from an accredited college/university OR an Honorably Discharged Veteran or current member of a Reserve component of the U.S. Military or Florida National Guard, OR one year Certified law enforcement experience as a police officer. 2. Minimum age of 19 (Birth Certificate) 3. Copy of FDLE Certification 4. Passing Physical agility test at Broward College IPS (BMST), valid for 6 months 5. Passing swim test, valid for life 6. Original Driver's License 7. High school Diploma 8. U.S.
