at Adams County Sheriff's Office in Council, Idaho, United States Job Description Adams County is a community-oriented office seeking motivated, career-minded officers who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties involving the enforcement of state and local laws and ordinances. Primary focus is school security and student related issues during the school year. During the summer months they will be required to respond to calls of service, conduct criminal and non-criminal investigations; make arrests and to perform other assigned law enforcement and public safety duties. Deputies will be required to conduct investigations of crimes, accidents, enforcing traffic regulations and perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks.
