Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application. Must be under 35 years of age at the time of application and final eligibility list posting unless exempt under applicable Illinois law. Must be a United States citizen. Must possess a valid driver's license from any state. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to read and speak English. Must successfully pass all required medical, psychological, and background screening processes.
