The Cottage City Police Department is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We are looking for community-oriented professionals. We are seeking:
Current or Prior Maryland Police Officers or New candidates that are
Maryland-certified Salary Range:
$54,000 - $66,000 (Based on experience)

S. Citizen, Must be at least 21 years old by the date of certification, have a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and possess or be able to acquire a valid driver's license. Our rigorous vetting process ensures we hire only the most qualified candidates.

an interview, an extensive background investigation, a polygraph or voice stress examination, a psychological examination, a physical health examination, a physical agility assessment and pass drug screening.
