REQUIREMENT

Position Overview:

SPOs are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment for all residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform foot, vehicle, and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies Complete reports and document all significant incidents Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and supervisors De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions Maintain a clean and organized post or vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

Active Armed DC SPO Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Strong written, verbal, and observational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Why Valentis?
