GED PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Duties and Responsibilities Works with Microsoft products, including Windows Outlook, Excel and word. Composes letters, memoranda, and reports for review and signature. Follows up and carries out various duties. Mails or issues in person, department specific authorized documents or materials as required. Obtains data from various sources to prepare and compile standard reports using an On-Base software system. Performs other related duties as required or directed. KSAs Ability to display excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to deal with the public and co-workers with courtesy and tact. Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and diverse environment. Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in evaluating situations and making sound decisions.
