Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified police academy training program
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including legal history and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform job duties, including running, lifting, and restraining individuals if necessary
