Job Description Summary:
The purpose of this position is to patrol campus property in order to provide for the safety and welfare of students and employees. The Police Officer is responsible for providing security to campus property including buildings, vehicles, equipment and land. This position reports directly to the Chief of Security.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED . Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid TX Drivers License with the ability to be insured by Del Mar College. TCOLE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement) certified peace officer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently employed as a Corpus Christi Police Officer. Special Instructions to
