Job Description
The New Summerfield Police Department has an opening fro a full time patrol officer. Salary will be based on experience, education and training. This position is responsible for protecting and serving the citizens of New Summerfield, Texas by patrolling, solving community problems, performing preliminary or follow-up criminal investigations, handling traffic control and enforcing local municipal ordinances, federal laws and state laws. Full Time w/benefits; employer paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance; TMRS participation of 7% with a 2/1 match; paid vacation and sick days; and 14 paid holidays.
