What You'll Do You will be expected to fully own your cases from day one . Handle family-based immigration cases (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers, etc.) Prepare and file U Visas and other humanitarian applications Manage removal/deportation defense cases , including court appearances Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court Draft motions, legal arguments, and supporting documentation Communicate directly with clients in Spanish and English Keep cases moving… no delays, no dropped balls Identify problems early and solve them before they impact the client This is not a training role.
