Twenty attorneys, four Arizona offices, and a client base that runs from legal clinic clients to families with $10M+ estates, with some matters north of $100M. The work is real, the cases are interesting, and the firm is built to let attorneys practice at a high level without the administrative drag most family law jobs come with. We're hiring an experienced family law attorney who wants a real path, not a holding pattern. Who You Are A practicing Arizona family law attorney with cases you've owned start to finish. Hungry to grow, not just to bill hours. Curious about technology and willing to use it. We mean that. Comfortable across the range, from high-conflict custody to complex high-asset matters. A good human. Clients are in the hardest moments of their lives, and we hire for the temperament that meets that. $150,000+ yearly Responsibilities:
Lead client consultations to understand their unique family law needs and provide tailored legal advice. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations, ensuring their best interests are always prioritized. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop comprehensive case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes. Stay informed about changes in family law and related fields to provide clients with the most current and effective legal solutions. Utilize advanced legal technology and AI tools to streamline case management and enhance client service. Foster strong, empathetic relationships with clients, guiding them through challenging legal processes with compassion and clarity. Qualifications:
Experience in Arizona family law, with cases managed from start to finish. Ability to lead client consultations, providing tailored legal advice with empathy and clarity. Proven track record of representing clients in court, mediation, and negotiations, prioritizing their best interests. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and support staff to develop comprehensive case strategies.
