Of Counsel - Eminent Domain & Real Estate Litigation ???? California - San Diego | Los Angeles | Oakland (Opportunity to work from any of the firm's offices across California) A highly respected California law firm with a leading Eminent Domain and Real Estate Litigation practice is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigation attorney who wants to work on complex, high-value land acquisition and infrastructure matters while maintaining meaningful involvement in litigation strategy, trial work, and client advisory. You'll play a key role advising clients and leading litigation efforts on major public and private development projects across California, while working alongside some of the state's most experienced eminent domain attorneys.
