full-time An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Intellectual Property practice of a leading global law firm in San Francisco. Working as part of a highly regarded IP team, you'll advise major technology companies, innovative businesses, private equity sponsors and other sophisticated clients on complex intellectual property matters. The role offers exposure to high-value transactions involving IP, technology and commercial arrangements, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border mandates. Requirements Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience. Experience advising on intellectual property matters, including IP aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions, licensing and commercial agreements. Strong experience drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements and transaction documentation. Excellent technical, drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take increasing responsibility on complex matters. Strong communication and client management skills with a commercial approach to delivering advice.
