This is not a traditional associate position . We are looking for someone who wants to help build and grow a law firm and who has a genuine interest in becoming a partner. The right candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of estate-planning experience , strong legal and drafting skills, excellent client-communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Accelerated Partnership Opportunity We offer a fast-track path to partnership for the right attorney. While partnership may typically occur within 1-2 years, exceptional candidates may be considered for partnership in substantially less time .
