Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego, MHS has a strong presence across major U.S. cities, providing its attorneys with robust professional development and career growth opportunities. MHS is seeking a junior associate to join the firm's Sacramento office, which primarily handles wage and hour class actions. Candidates with some wage and hour litigation experience are preferred, but others will also be considered. Junior associates work collaboratively with more senior attorneys in defense of cases and will be provided training, oversight, and mentorship. Successful candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills and a work ethic that involves ownership of assigned cases and the initiative to drive them forward. In addition to exposure to wage and hour class actions, junior associates generally have the opportunity to work on other labor and employment matters as well, including single plaintiff cases, labor matters, and administrative agency matters.
