We help people navigate the immigration process by building personalized pathways and providing support from start to finish. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Immigration Attorney to join our Chino office on a full-time basis . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in immigration law and a commitment to providing professional and compassionate legal services to clients. Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required , and the role may be tailored to the candidate's level of experience and background. Attorneys with established immigration law experience, as well as those looking to build or expand their immigration practice, are encouraged to apply. Training and support will be available as appropriate to the candidate's experience and needs. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California, or eligible for admission in California. Immigration law experience is preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client matters. Professional and compassionate approach to client service. Responsibilities Consult with clients regarding immigration matters and potential legal options. Prepare, review, and file immigration applications, petitions, and related legal documents. Conduct legal research and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and policies. Communicate with clients regarding case status, requirements, and next steps. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Represent clients in applicable immigration proceedings and/or hearings. Stay current on changes to immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Work collaboratively with office staff and other legal professionals. Perform other duties related to immigration case management and legal representation as needed. Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with the candidate's level of experience, and will discuss compensation expectations during the interview process.
