Associate Litigation Attorney (3 years of litigation experience required)

Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Associate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of Family Law and/or Probate litigation experience to join our team. This position offers meaningful client contact and litigation work in state courts. You will work primarily in office, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement depending on experience and performance. Ideal candidates will be client-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow with the firm. Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Draft legal documents and conduct discovery. Maintain direct communication and interaction with clients. Provide compassionate, effective legal counsel. Requirements Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. 3+ years of Family Law and/or Probate litigation experience required. Excellent writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills. Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Pay:

$170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
