Commercial Litigation Partners Location:
Must reside and practice in California, Colorado or Michigan We are seeking highly skilled Litigation Partners licensed in California, Colorado or Michigan to join our growing practice. The candidates must have a strong background in commercial litigation and be equally equipped with substantive experience handling insurance defense matters. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution Handle insurance defense matters, including coverage analysis and defense strategy Supporting with CA procedure and strategy, to include arguing motions with the court Supporting discovery with CA specific objections Potentially supporting with defending/taking depositions Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more) A minimum portable book of $450K #block-0f305d13c52d0dbd3bbb {
