Our Concord office is looking for an Intake Attorney to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for working with clients (property owners and managers) on landlord-tenant matters and assessing the viability of evictions.

Compensation Range:
$100,000-$150,000
DOE Responsibilities:
Assist clients step-by-step through every phase of the eviction process Provide legal advice through phone consultations, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario Conduct legal research in order to identify and assess cases and legal issues Draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needs Conduct and direct legal document preparation and review, including summons and complaints and stipulations
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: J.D. and an active California Bar license
