This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated labor and employment matters as well as complex business litigation within a collaborative and high-performing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters, collaborate with highly regarded attorneys, and build your practice within a nationally recognized Am Law 100 platform. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in labor and employment litigation, including: Single-plaintiff employment matters Wage and hour class actions PAGA and representative actions Provide employment-related advice and counsel to clients Draft and respond to written discovery Manage all aspects of electronic discovery Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court filings Take and defend depositions Support case strategy and collaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in the California Bar 3-5 years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts Experience handling employment litigation matters, including wage and hour and representative actions Strong experience with discovery, e-discovery management, motion practice, and depositions Excellent academic credentials Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Prior trial experience Large law firm experience Judicial clerkship experience Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
