This attorney will join a collaborative legal group that advises the business across brick-and-mortar retail, e-commerce, customer support channels, and global retail initiatives. The work is intentionally broad and fast-paced, spanning commercial contract negotiations, drafting agreements with external partners, consumer terms and conditions, marketing reviews, consumer and pricing regulations, customer escalations, and day-to-day retail operational matters. The ideal candidate has 6 to 14 years of legal experience, including strong law firm training, and brings excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
