Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a strong background in law and motion practice to join our growing firm. You will manage cases from initial strategy through court appearances, working closely with a supportive team of legal professionals. Reasonable 150 monthly billable hour requirement with an immediate monthly bonus payout for extra hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and argue complex legal litigation documents, including summary judgments, demurrers, and tactical motions. Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze legal issues to develop winning case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, settlement negotiations, and mediations. Maintain direct client communication, offering strategic guidance throughout the litigation lifecycle. Collaborate with firm partners and legal support staff to drive efficient case management.
