Responsibilities:

Avagyan Law Firm is hiring a driven Lemon Law Attorney to represent consumers against automobile manufacturers and dealerships. Handle pre-litigation and litigation Lemon Law matters Advocate aggressively for clients and maximize case results Manage cases from intake through resolution Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and manufacturers

Qualifications:

Active California Bar license 2+ years of plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience Strong knowledge of the California Song-Beverly Act Lemon Law litigation experience required Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills Ability to manage cases independently About Company Who We Are Avagyan Law Firm is a dynamic and rapidly growing Law Firm.
